There are various kinds of gardens on the banks and her waters are full of fragrance from these flowers. Shree Yamunaji is worshipped by two kinds of devotees (Sur and Asur). Sur, being those situated in the mode of goodness and Asur are those situated in the mode if ignorance. She contains the divine beauty of Shree Krishna.

Descending from the top of the Kalind Mountain, she brightens the paths with her brilliance. The force of her decent from such a height and through all the rocks creates swirls in the waters, which appear to be as white as milk. As the waters hit against the rocks they create roaring sounds, she appears to be swinging in a wonderful jhula (swing). Being his sister, how can he punish your children no matter how sinful they may be. Your devotees become dear to Shree Krishna just like the Gopijans did.

Hence I cherish you. Only you are capable of granting such a boon. Pushti Margiya Vaishnavas had never praised Shree Gangaji until she came in your association and her waters merged with yours. As a result of the merger, she developed the same ability as yourself to grant love and devotion for Krishna. Prior to meeting you she had capacity to grant liberation (Moksha).

Stutim Tava karoti kaha, Kamalaja Sa-Patni priye,

Harer-Yad-anu-Sevaya, Bhavati Saukhyama-Mokshatah,

Eight verse describes her abilities to bring one in close association with God

You are worthy of all praises. If worshipped in conjunction with Hari, Shri Laxmiji can only award liberation (Moksha).

Indeed, your sacredness and powers were further enhanced when the Gopis of Vraj, along with Shree Krishna, bathed in your waters.
