Diya/divo cookie cutter and stamp print

We know you want to use your cutters straight away and not have them take up too much space. The cutter and stamp will come in a clear cellophane bag in a box or jiffy bag if being delivered. 

All orders are shipped with Royal Mail signed for based on your selecion at check out (1st or 2nd). You will therefore receive a tracking number when your order is posted (please allow a few working days for your order to be processed). All our costs have greatly increased but we try and pass on the minimum to the customer, if you live in London and wish to collect your puzzle order please get in touch.

Please note that orders to separate destinations should be placed separately and can only be consolidated if being shipped to the same address (the order should be placed in one go).

You can of course have your whole order sent to another address as a gift. We have paperless invoices so the invoice and tracking information is sent to the e-mail address provided and not included with the puzzles. We can include a free gift tag for you with a gift message, just include it in the ‘notes’ section of your order.

We do our utmost to ensure the jigsaw puzzles reach you in one piece. Each order is checked twice before shipping. If, however for any reason yours is damaged, identify it straight away and report back to us with images for a refund to be made. Please note all refunds can only be of unopened and unused products. We are not able to accept any exchanges.

• Ensure your cutters are completely dry before use
• Dough should not be sticky so that the cutter can easily release
• The print will come out based on the dough, thickness of biscuit etc. Your cutters and stamps have been fully tested before selling.
