You can have your entire order shipped directly to another address as a gift. Don’t worry—we use paperless invoicing, so no prices or invoices will be included in the parcel. All order and tracking details are sent to the email address you provide at checkout.

To make your gift extra special, we can include a complimentary gift tag with your personal message—just add your note in the “Order Notes” section when placing your order.

If you’re unsure which puzzle to choose, you can also purchase a gift card, giving your recipient the joy of selecting their own favourite.

• All orders are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked or Signed For delivery. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched (please allow up to 2 working days for processing).
• If you’re based in London and would like to collect your puzzle in person, please contact us directly to arrange a convenient time.
• Orders being sent to different addresses must be placed separately. We can only consolidate shipments if all items are being sent to the same address and purchased in a single order.

We do our utmost to ensure our products reach you in one piece. Each order is checked twice before shipping. If however, for any reason yours is damaged, identify it straight away and report back to us with images for a refund to be made. Please note all refunds can only be of unopened and unused products. We will not be able to accept any exchanges.

The tray puzzles are shrink-wrapped separately and come in a protective resealable sleeve. Once you’ve carefully removed the shrink wrap, we recommend keeping the sleeve to safely store your puzzle.

Your jigsaw puzzle will be carefully packaged to ensure it arrives safely.

• This set of puzzles are posted in a sturdy jiffy envelope for protection.
• Multiple puzzles are combined into a box and cushioned with bubble wrap. To reduce waste, we occasionally reuse boxes as part of our eco-friendly approach.

Important safety note: Please remove all packaging before giving the puzzle to children. Packaging materials are not toys—do not allow children to put them in their mouths or play with them.

The tray jigsaw puzzle pieces are about 3 x 4cm in size and the completed puzzle is 20 x 28 cm (under A4 in size). Each puzzle is 45 pieces and fits into a tray which is great for developing motor skills and saves storage space too! Please note pieces will loosen over time. It also comes in a resealable plastic sleeve so that it is well protected.
