You can of course have your whole order sent to another address as a gift. We have paperless invoices so the invoice and tracking information is sent to the e-mail address provided and not included with the puzzles. We can include a free gift tag for you with a gift message, just include it in the ‘notes’ section of your order. You can also purchase a gift card if you're unsure which one of our products to order :)

All orders are sent by 'Signed for' delivery with Royal Mail. You will receive a tracking number when your order is posted (please allow a couple of working days for your order to be processed). All our costs have greatly increased but we try and pass on the minimum to the customer, if you live in London and wish to collect your puzzle order please get in touch.

Please note that orders to separate destinations should be placed separately and can only be consolidated if being shipped to the same address (the order should be placed in one go).

We do our utmost to ensure our products reach you in one piece. Each order is checked twice before shipping. If however, for any reason yours is damaged, identify it straight away and report back to us with images for a refund to be made. Please note all refunds can only be of unopened and unused products. We will not be able to accept any exchanges.
